SALES AND F&I MANAGER FOR EXPANDING POWER SPORTS DEALERSHIP IN THOMASVILLE GA
• This position will oversee all factors of Sales and F&I at the dealership, including personnel
management, marketing, financial services, and manufacturer relationship management.
• Handle all aspects of closing a Sales deal, including but not limited to working with Sales team
to close a deal, finalizing and submitting the proper paperwork with the Manufacture, Finance
Company, and Titling County.
• This position drives the store’s success by attracting, cultivating and retaining great talent that
will provide an outstanding experience of purchasing and owning our customers.
• Maintain a proven track record of year-over-year sales growth, leading high-volume stores as
well as the highest customer satisfaction levels. Continued improvement of the success of the
dealership by setting clear goals, sharing a compelling vision and finding the right balance

• Increase Unit Sales and Back-End profitability and maintain exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
• This role communicates with clients, business partners, cross-functional groups, national and
corporate leadership and vendors daily.
• Create an inspired vision and purpose with the ability to motivate and rally the teams behind
the purpose, vision, and goals.
• Set clear objectives and direction; set stretch targets; involve the Sales Team in preparation and
work.
• Create an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty.
• Analyze the Sales and F&I area to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve
performance.
• Daily / Weekly tracking of Sales & F&I success and preparation of Monthly reporting.
• Tracking and reporting any inventory and policy adjustments.
• Review all deals prior to finalization.
• Responsible for personnel in the Sales & F&I department: tracking PTO, discipline, hiring and
firing of personnel (in conjunction with the dealer management/principal).
• Maintain Deep South Kawasaki online presence current to drive new business.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and
otherwise.
• Must have prior Dealership and Sales Manager experience.
• Must be technically proficient.
• Prefer Lightspeed EVO experience.
